Dear Miro Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I would first like to thank you for creating such a useful platform. Miro has become an essential part of my daily work, and I truly value overall experience your service provides. It has greatly improved the way I teach and interact with my students.
I am currently working as an English tutor in Ukraine, where the ongoing war continues to create difficult living and working conditions. Even in these challenging circumstances, I remain committed to supporting my students and maintaining high educational standards. Miro plays a very important role in helping me organize and conduct my lessons effectively.
At the moment, I have some issues with the boards. I would like to be able to edit 2 boards called “Library” and “Focus 3”. However, that is impossible. Could you help me to solve this problem?
Recently, I learned that Miro offers assistance programs and complimentary access for educators and users in Ukraine. With this in mind, I would kindly ask whether it would be possible to transfer my current account to the free access program available for Ukrainians.
Thank you very much for your understanding, support, and the help your company provides to people in Ukraine during this difficult time. I sincerely appreciate your consideration and look forward to your response.
Yours faithfully,
Alina
