Hello, unfortunately our team admin recently passed away. How can we change it to another person?

It sounds like this individual was the sole Team Admin. Here are a few options:

  1. If you have a paid Miro subscription, you can open a support ticket by following these instructions. Otherwise:
  2. You could inquire with your IT department/email administrator to request that someone with access to the individual’s email sign in to their Miro account and promote another user to Tea Admin.
  3. You could create a new, paid team subscription for your team by going to www.miro.com/pricing.
  4. An existing team member could create a new Free Plan team, invite everyone to that team, and move all of your boards to the new team (and promote 2-3 people to the Team Admin role). More detailed steps on this option can be found here.

Let us know how you make out with the above options.

If none of the above options work out for you, a last resort could be for a Miro Community Team member to refer your case to the support team. However, as noted in the My Miro Admin left the company help center article, they 

cannot guarantee recovery of the administrative access as we must abide by security and legal processes.
