Is there a way to get the layer (int/float or string value) of widget on a board via the rest api or web sdk?

Hi Alex,

We understand this need and are looking for the best way to solve this. Once it is solved / released we will let you know. 

The closest thing we have currently is bringToFront and sendToBack.
