Yearly subscription renewed without intention – need advice

Hello, my yearly Starter plan was renewed automatically for USD 96 without my intention. I am currently a student and I cannot afford this charge. The payment attempt has already failed and I have contacted support, but I’m waiting for a response.

 

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Were you able to get the outstanding invoice cancelled?

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Since this involves an automatic renewal of the Miro Starter plan, this is something only Support can resolve. The Community doesn’t have access to billing systems or invoices.

The good news is that when a payment attempt has already failed and you’ve contacted Support promptly, they’re usually able to review the case and advise on cancellation options.
