Without payment your account will be locked

My student has subscribed on customing my account . After a few days I’ve changed on free account , but … Every day I’m getting this “Please pay your due invoice. Without paiment your account will be loced “ Now I’ve got free subscription . What can I do so that they don’t block me ?
