Will Miro Engage be available for Business plans, or Enterprise only?

Dear Community & Miro Team,

 

Is Miro Engage really planned to be an Enterprise-only add-on?

 

Honestly, I find that hard to understand. Many consultants, facilitators, trainers, and workshop leaders work independently or in small teams and are not part of large Enterprise organizations. We tested Miro Engage and see a lot of value in it.

 

Will Miro Engage also be available for Business plans in the future, or is Enterprise-only the long-term strategy?

If it stays as Enterprise AddOn only it would be a ridiculous decision for me.

 

I’d appreciate clarification

Thanks for raising the question, and I appreciate your feedback on the importance of making Miro Engage accessible to a broader range of users.

Based on the information currently available in the Help Center, the only announced plan is that Miro Engage will be offered as a paid add-on for Enterprise organizations:

"In April 2026, Miro Engage will become a paid add-on for Enterprise organizations."

 

At the moment, I don't have any additional information to share regarding availability for Business plans. However, I'll consult with the team internally and will get back to you once I have an update.

I really think Miro Engage has the potential to benefit a large portion of the Miro community, not just Enterprise customers. That's why restricting it to Enterprise plans feels hard to justify.
