Widget Limit Reached on Empty Whiteboard

I cannot write or do anything on my whiteboard. It is completely empty - there are 0 objects on it, absolutely nothing. Yet whenever I try to write something, I get the error ‘Widget Limit Reached’ at the bottom of the screen. My other boards (which have things on them) work fine. This issue just came up randomly while I was working with a student. Perhaps a metadata error? Please give tips on how to fix this issue or how to get the Support team to resolve this. Your help is greatly appreciated.

It is possible that this can be resolved by troubleshooting the case, however, it can be investigated further. Kindly share the information needed here or on the support ticket I created for you.

    I want to tell you that at free plan you cannot write at white board,if this wrong contact support.

    Here you go. As you can see, nothing works. And the board is empty.

      Hello, I have the same problem with my board, how can i fix it?

      I have windows. No, i’ve tried to write on the board using Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, same mistake pops up (widgets limit reached).
