Why isn't sales contacting potential customers

I cannot get anyone from Miro sales to contact me.  At my last company we implemented the enterprise version and trying to get a simple call from sales is beyond frustrating.

Twice over the last several weeks and still no reply.  I was familiar with Miro but going to look at alternative solutions.
