Finding it incredibly frustrating that our access to boards was shut off without notice. All we were told was that our subscription was renewing, but it apparently didn’t go through, and the sales team is completely ignoring us, which is the only way to get our renewal through. It has caused major issues for our teams. The timing could not have been worse. Our design team prefers a different program, and after this experience I think we’ll have to switch because this has just been unacceptable.
