That is likely whichever of your co-workers created the initial free account for your team. As Miro’s paid plans are priced on a per full access user account basis unlike the free plan which allows unlimited users, part of the upgrade process will be to reduce the list of users to the bare minimum you wish to pay for.
Your company admin for Miro would be able to delete the other users.
To see who that is, click on the account settings (the gear icon visible in the top left of the Miro dashboard), then select Active Users. You would get a list of all the user accounts and be able to see who is set up as a company admin.
