webwhiteboard "locked" - "owner's account paused"

Hi, I usually use the free web whiteboard for teaching online lessons. Today when I went on,  I got a notification at the top in yellow that says “This board is locked, because its owner’s account is paused” (also I am unable to use it)

I do not know what this is referring to. I do have a free miro account.

Anyone come across this before / got any solutions to fix this?

Thanks

Same here. I had to switched an alternative whiteboard product.

I cleared the cookies under miro.com and webwhiteboard.com  and it now seems to work fine.

Unfortunately, same thing happened to me.  I came here looking for a solution.  I haven’t been able to figure out how to get it to work.  @Miro how do we fix this??

I cleared the cookies and site data for miro.com and webwhiteboard.com, which seems to have fixed the problem.
