I have an educator paln and have been using Miro with my studnets but for some reason my students are now unable to download the documents I uplaod for them on the boards. they have a visitor profile with editing rights.
Am I doing something wrong?

One place to check would be the board’s sharing settings which you can access from the Share dialog. There is an option to control who has the ability to copy content which includes the export capabilities (see below).
