We’re on a starter plan and some of our users report that they get the message “Welcome to your team” and “Please answer two short questions” (see screenshot in German) each time they log in.
Is there any advice from the community how to avoid this annoing behaviour of the app?

Environment: Windows 11, Edge-Browser, all patches applied, cookies get deleted on daily reboot. Appears also in other browsers.

Thanks for the details you’ve shared so far. To help narrow this down, could you kindly check or confirm the following:

  1. Are the affected users using any browser extensions (e.g. ad blockers, privacy or cookie managers)?

  2. Are cookies or site data being automatically cleared on browser exit or by company policy?

  3. Do users complete the full onboarding flow before getting redirected—i.e., answering both questions and clicking through all screens?

  4. Are they logging in with email/password or via SSO?

  5. Does the issue happen only in Edge, or is it the same in other browsers (preferrable Chrome)

  6. Are all users affected, or only some? Are they on similar devices or networks?

  7. Have you tested whether this happens in the Miro Desktop App as well?
