How can I give Editor access to a board , owner of the board left the company

I cannot find this board on Miro

Are you a Team Admin (or Company Admin, depending on the plan type)?

Generally, when an Admin deletes a user from a team, they are prompted with who should take over ownership of the deleted user’s content (boards, projects, custom templates, etc.). However, this may vary depending on your plan type.


Hi Robert, Thank you for your comment. We have an Enterprise Plan and I am a Company admin. 

I cant see who the owner is. The borad is alive and I have view access to it. No reply on clicking request edit access which makes me believe its a user who left.

 

On a different note, is there a way of recovering deleted users from Miro?


@Sile Mani - The Enterprise and Business Plans are the only two of which I have no personal experience with.
