Hello,
I am working with a user who is not receiving board invitations via email.
Things to note:
- Both the user and I are members of the same ‘Team’.
- Both accounts have an enterprise license.
- I am using the blue ‘Share’ button within the board to invite the user as an ‘editor’.
- Other users are not having this issue.
- Emails are not going to spam or quarantine as there is no trace of the email in our system.
