I'm writing on behalf of BEIJING ACROSTAR CULTURE TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD to solve an urgent payment issue. Acrostar company has been using Miro as a workshop tool for 3 years with 2 different accounts, however, the original account (registered e-mail address:760010097@qq.com )was no longer in use anymore and Miro still charged us for team subscription for two years. Please see attachments of auto deduction payment screenshot from 2025 to 2026.
So we want to settle these problems with your help--
<1>Cancel subscription of this account (registered e-mail address:760010097@qq.com )immediately and delete the binding bank account for auto deduction as well;
<2>We ask for a chargeback of payment for team subscription from 2025 to 2026, summing up $7296 in total, since we haven't used any service provided by Miro.
