Hi everyone,

 

I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Miro account and I haven’t been able to reach support through any channel.

 

I originally subscribed to the Starter plan (annual), but noticed that some features I needed were missing. I decided to try the Business plan trial, but ever since switching, my account got completely bugged.

 

Now I:

 

  • Can’t access my profile or account settings

  • Can’t create new boards or content

  • Get error messages whenever I try to do anything

 

 

It’s been very frustrating, especially because I’ve already paid for the Starter plan and can’t use the platform properly.

 

If anyone from the Miro team sees this, please help me resolve this. I really need access to my workspace and settings ASAP.
