Hi i cant seem to upload with the upload icon from laptop or app at the moment...anyone know why?

 

@Greg Mannion - I am just trying this now and it is working for me (Windows 10 64-bit, Chrome, desktop app).

Perhaps at the time (~6 hours ago) there was an issue.

Is this still happening for you and if so, what is happening?

  • Does the upload button do nothing when clicked?
  • Are you able to browse to a file and the upload appeared to be in progress, but then nothing?
  • Are you receiving any error messages?

If this is still happening, some things to try/consider:

  • Clear browser cache/reset desktop app data
  • Sign out and back into Miro
  • Disable any browser extensions
  • Disable any VPN software
  • Disable any anti-virus/malware scanning software

A couple of more things to check beyond what @Robert Johnson suggested in case this is a persistent issue:

  1. Is this for all files or just one specific file?
  2. Is this for all file formats or just one specific file format?

In addition, there is a maximum file upload size of 30 MB, or 32 MP image resolution. While there should be a warning when you are trying to upload a file that does not meet these requirements, it is always possible that a bug or some other condition/component was preventing the warning from being displayed.
