upload and embed videos

Hi Miro Community,

I’m using a Business plan and have run into an issue with adding video files to my board. Until recently, I was able to upload and embed videos without any problems, but now the option seems unavailable.

There haven’t been any changes on my side in terms of workflow, so I’m wondering whether this could be related to plan limits, workspace permissions, or a temporary technical issue.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this? I’d appreciate any guidance on how to restore the ability to add videos to boards.

      Thanks for sharing the details.

      To better understand what’s happening, could you please share a short screen recording showing what you see when you try to add a video? For example:

      • Where you’re clicking (Upload / Insert menu)

      • What options are visible or missing

      • Any error messages that appear

      Also, please confirm:

      • Are you using the browser or desktop app?

      • Are other team members experiencing the same issue on the same board?

      This will help narrow down whether it’s a permissions setting, UI glitch, or something that needs to be escalated to Support.
