I’m using a Business plan and have run into an issue with adding video files to my board. Until recently, I was able to upload and embed videos without any problems, but now the option seems unavailable.
There haven’t been any changes on my side in terms of workflow, so I’m wondering whether this could be related to plan limits, workspace permissions, or a temporary technical issue.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this? I’d appreciate any guidance on how to restore the ability to add videos to boards.
