Upload a pdf not possible

I’m having the same issue and I’m seeing this one hasn’t been responded to.

@Vanessa Toye - I just tested uploading a PDF to a board using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and the Miro desktop app on Windows 11 64-bit and the PDF uploaded every time.

What OS/client are you using?

If a browser, have you cleared the cache?

If the desktop app, have your tried resetting the app data?

If you have a paid Miro subscription, you can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:

I have also tested uploading Pdf filed to Miro (App as well as Web app) version, and uploading working fine for me.

Turns out it was a scaling issue. It was incredibly miniscule compared to everything else on the board and so I couldn’t see that it had shown up.

Can you let me know what way u are trying to upload pdf. Did you use any source or something else? tell me, I think I can help you.
