Upgraded to student account but nothing has changed

Hello, yesterday I have been upgraded to a student account, but it doesn’t seem to work. An upgrade button still appears and many features that should be there aren’t present.

If you received an email notification that an Education license was issued for you, please, check the following to be able to use the Education plan features:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to Miro with the educational email address you used to apply for the Education program.
  2. if you are a member of several teams in Miro, switch between them as shown in this handy article - Profile and teams and check if you can access your Education team.
