Hello Micro

I just upgraded to unlock the High Quality .PDF export feature and the Membership payment was extracted, But still do not have this feature.

    Hi ​@Christian Arteaga thanks for reaching out! It is possible that the board where you are trying this feature on is stored in a Free team. This usually happens when a user is a member of multiple teams under different plans. Could you please check and try to switch between teams? If there’s only one team in your dashboard and the export to PDF feature still does not show up, kindly send a screenshot or short video for investigation.
