Upgrade login issue

I have been added to a “dashboard” account by my admin, but its not recognizing me in this new upgrade account (I went through the link provided in the dashboard email as well as tried a incognito) --- and still recognizes me as a older account user login (not giving me the upgrade option) Any advice?

If you are using the same e-mail address as the one for the older login you may need to contact Miro support (Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center) to get them to disable that older account so the e-mail address is associated to your correct one.
