HI There, our team admin left and we’re now not able to update the boards as there are too many people. I now have access to the team admins inbox however Miro doesn’t seem to recognise the email address when I click on ‘forgot my password’ to try and gain access. In the boards, it clearer has this email address down as the team admin - any help or suggestions would be really appreciated!

@RMeders It sounds like you are on a Free Plan, so you won’t be able to open a support ticket.

However, you (or anyone else, really) could

  1. create a new Free Plan team using another email address,
  2. add your current address to the team and grant them Team Admin,
  3. add everyone else to the team,
  4. move boards to the new team,
  5. and finally, grant at least one other person the role of Team Admin.
