I don’t understand why I was charged again when I already paid for my annual subscription in November. I’ve been using Miro since 2022 and always recommend it to others. However, these recent charges seem unfair and unreasonable.

I’ve already checked my team size to confirm there are no issues on my end.

I’d appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
