Dear Miro Support,

I am currently using the Free Plan on Miro, but I have recently received billing invoices that I did not expect. I have not upgraded my plan or added any paid features.

The invoices in question are:

  • Invoice FA005A97-0002, issued on March 4, 2025

  • Invoice FA005A97-0003, issued on April 4, 2025

Could you please clarify the nature of these charges and why they were generated under my account?
