Hi, I need urgent help with billing.
My subscription unexpectedly shows an unpaid invoice for $85, apparently for 5 licenses. I did not intentionally upgrade my plan or add 5 paid seats. My team was supposed to have only 1 paid license, as before.
Now, when I try to cancel, Miro says it will process a $85 charge in unpaid invoices. Please do not charge my card for this invoice. Could you please check why my plan was changed to 5 licenses, reduce it back to 1 license, and cancel/waive the unpaid invoice?
I did not knowingly authorize the extra licenses and I need this corrected before I cancel the subscription.
