Unable to receive password reset email for Inactive Team Admin

Hello,

 

Team Admin for Miro left the org in November. We activated the email address and tried Forgot Password option. However, we do not receive the password reset email from Miro.

 

Please help.

@Dileep Kumar - If you are on a paid Miro plan, please reach out to the Miro Customer Support team directly by following the instructions in the How to Contact Miro Support Help Center article.

If you are using a Free Plan Miro team, you can always have someone create a new Free Plan team and then add your team members to that team (making at least two Team Admins!) and move your boards to that team. Detailed instructions can be found here:
