Thanks so much! To clarify - I can login to my email via my outlook / external app to look for a login link. I just meant I couldn’t use that email to login to this forum - worded it a bit oddly :)

Thanks for clarifying! Could you please let me know what happens when you try to sign in to the Community using the email address connected to your main Forum profile?

If possible, please share the email address and a screenshot of any error message you see so I can look into this further. Please don’t worry about sharing your email address publicly here—I can remove it from the post once I have the information. If you’re still not comfortable posting it publicly, you can also send me the email address connected to your Forum profile via DM.

We’ve run into a login issue as well. We used to log in using a Google account, but now we get an error when trying to do so. We also tried logging in via the link sent to our email, but that results in an error:
"Invalid link, please try again"—and this happens every time.
