Unable to Load Board Updates

Hello Miro team,

I have a problem with one of my boards.

Board URL:
https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVH-mzmb8=/

The board is stuck on the loading screen and never opens.

I have already tried:

• Incognito mode
• Different browsers
• Different internet connection
• Clearing browser cache

All of my other Miro boards open normally. This issue affects only this board.

This is my own board, and I urgently need access because it contains important work.

Could you please escalate this to the engineering team and check whether the board is corrupted or can be recovered?

To help narrow down what's happening, could you share a bit more information?

• Does this happen with just this board, or are other boards affected as well?
• Approximately how large is the board?
• Which browser and operating system are you using? Have you tried opening the board in an incognito/private window or a different browser?
• Does the board ever finish loading, or does it remain gray indefinitely?
• Are you seeing any error messages in the browser, or is it simply stuck on the loading screen?
• If possible, could you share a screenshot or screen recording of what you're seeing?

Since you mentioned you're the board owner, it would also be helpful to know whether anyone else who has access to the board is experiencing the same issue.

1. Just this Board
   2. Medium size
   3. Tried multiple browsers, multiple computers and also incognito/private window
   4. It remains gray indefitely
   5. its simply stuck on the loading screen, no errors

   

    

I’m having the same issue my board is stuck loading on PC and ipad it’s like this forever
