Hi Miro team, I need urgent billing help. I created a Business team last year for a one-time volunteer 4th of July committee project, and now I’m being charged around $900. Only 1 email saying it’s over and then they try and charge? I’m a small business owner and cannot afford this. I tried to cancel, but it appears the system is requiring payment before cancellation. Please escalate this to billing so the subscription can be canceled and the invoice waived/reversed. This was not intended as an ongoing business subscription. I see this is happening to a lot of other people, too.
