Unable to access my Miro Education account

Hello,

I’m having trouble accessing my Miro Education account.

When I try to log in, I request the email to access my account, but I never receive it. I have tried several times and checked my spam/junk folder as well, but no email has arrived.

Could you please help me understand what might be happening and how I can regain access to my Education account?
