transferring miro account - support ticket

hello. i have a paid subscription. I cannot remember the old user ID and password.  I would like to “transfer” my paid subscription to my new account.  (I think the old user name and password are tied to a former “employer” email address even though I paid for it. )

how do i transfer this.  I paid 192 in September 2025.  I’d like to make use of this account but don’t know any details or where to start.  I figure worse case scenario, i just cancel the transaction with amex.
