Tool Menu Disappearing

We are using Miro on multiple 85inch BenQ touch screens and the tool menu disappears. We are not able to get it back. From then on you are stuck with the tool you were using when the menu disappeared. This is happening in multiple locations.

Extremely frustrating. Please help
