Why does the text twitch at the end of the chair when using the pencil tool, but not when using the smart drawing tool (or something like that)?

Just to confirm — when you use the Pencil tool, the text seems to “twitch” at the end of your stroke, but does this happen when using the Smart Drawing tool?
This might be related to how the Pencil tool processes your hand movement compared to Smart Drawing, but I’d like to take a closer look.
