Text from all sticky notes on board has disappeared

I understand how disruptive it must be to have sticky note text disappear across your board. This is not expected behavior, so I’d like to gather a bit more detail before escalating to our support team:

• Have you noticed if the text is missing both in the browser and in the Miro app?

• Did you or your collaborators try accessing the board from different devices or networks?

• You mentioned checking version history — can you confirm whether any recent changes appeared there that might have affected the notes?

• If possible, could you share a short video or screenshots of what you’re seeing on your end?

This will help us narrow down whether this is a local issue or part of a wider incident. I’ll make sure your case is passed along to the support team for deeper investigation.

Thanks for your quick response! My responses are in red text below:

• Have you noticed if the text is missing both in the browser and in the Miro app? - Yes, it is missing on both

• Did you or your collaborators try accessing the board from different devices or networks? - Yes, we did. I asked 3 students to check it from their personal devices on their home networks and they couldn’t see it either. 

• You mentioned checking version history — can you confirm whether any recent changes appeared there that might have affected the notes? - There has been a lot of activity on the board and some of it by students who are just “visitors” on the board, so it is hard to track each and every edit. I went through the edit history and couldn’t find anything that pointed to that text being deleted. 

• If possible, could you share a short video or screenshots of what you’re seeing on your end? - Yes, attaching a couple of screenshots here.
