Hi Miro community, I’m new here. I’m working on a Customer Success project and I wanted to know if the Customer Journey Map in the templates was documented or if someone could share how it has been operationally implemented? Thank you for your help, AA

Small note as it looks like the *new* template for Customer Journey Map looks quite different than the one documented. I was actually interesting on how to map all those new sections.

If you type “customer journey map” into the search bar, you will find his and many more community templates on this topic.
