I tried to apply a template to my board, but when I insert it, it shows up empty. I expected it to load with the predefined content from the template (shapes, text, layout, etc.), but nothing appears.
Has anyone experienced this before? Could it be related to permissions, board settings, or maybe a sync issue?

Templates should always load with their predefined content (shapes, text, layouts, etc.), so if they’re appearing empty that’s unexpected. A couple of quick checks:
Are you able to reproduce this in both the browser and desktop app?
Does the issue happen with all templates or only specific ones?
Could you try to duplicate the board and check if the issue is observed in the duplicated board?
If possible, could you share a screenshot or short video showing what happens?
This will help us narrow down whether it’s a permissions issue, a sync glitch, or something else.
