I'm trying to buy a team plan.

The purchase process is not completed when I click the Purchase with Credits button.

I don't get any errors, so I can't investigate, and I need to know why.

 

@Koki Seki - Unfortunately, billing questions are not something that the Community members will be able to assist you with. Please reach out to the Miro Customer Support team directly by creating a ticket via this special form.

While you wait for a response, I would suggest that you also reach out to your credit card company to confirm whether or not they can see the transaction trying to be made by Miro. You could also try again from another browser/device.
