I can’t submit a request by provided link, because website redirects me to this page: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/signin?return_to=https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and form doesn’t shown. By the way, I can’t sign in too. After clicking the Sign In link, I will be redirected to the same page again.

Are you using a paid Miro account or a free one? You do need to be signed in to Miro to be able to access that form but it is unfortunately only available for paid subscriptions.

I'm on a trial period. But, if I fail to get a taxpayer resident certificate from Miro, we will continue to use similar tools from another company 😐
For me, this is a big surprise. I need to buy a subscription to contact support for a question that determines whether I will use their product or not 🤔

Can we do something like that for my case too?
