Names were added to our Miro account. As the admin person on this account – I didn’t send them an invite.
I have deleted these 12 new names from our “users” – and would like to know how this happened or if I need to do anything “security wise” to stop this from happening again ?
Would like to be able to contact support on this ??
Regardless if you are using a free or paid subscription, you should review your Team invite link permission settings. You can read more about this in my reply here.
In summary, it sounds like someone could have used the Copy team invite link and shared that link with any number of people. Whomever clicks the link will be added to your team.
