Support for Ukrainian educators

Dear Miro Team,
I hope this finds you well. My name is Anastasiia, and I am writing to you from Ukraine.
I run a small English language school called WayUp and a separate education project, BVA Academy. Miro is where our lessons actually live: the boards, the vocabulary maps, the exercises my teachers build for students who log in from wherever they happen to be that week. Some of them study from other cities now, some from other countries. The boards are one of the few things that stayed the same for them.
I am writing to ask for your help. Keeping a subscription billed in euros has become genuinely hard for us. Income in this country is unpredictable in a way that is difficult to describe on paper, and every foreign-currency payment now competes with things I cannot postpone. I have already cut what I could cut. Miro is the tool I keep trying not to give up, because giving it up means our lessons become noticeably poorer for people who have lost enough already.
I am attaching the receipt for my most recent payment. If there is any possibility of refunding that charge, or moving my account to a complimentary or reduced plan under whatever support options exist for Ukraine, I would be more grateful than I can properly express here. And if the answer is no, I understand completely, and I would still like to thank your team for building something that has quietly held a lot of our work together over the past years.
I am happy to provide anything you need: confirmation of my location, registration documents for the school, anything at all.
Thank you for reading this.
