I’m trying to purchase the license for a 4 people team. The board had 10 people before, but people who are actually using it is 4. So I removed other team members and down to 4. However, the pop-up pages still says I have 10 members so I can’t purchase it for 4 people. Is this a glitch?

To check this, click on the team settings gear icon and scroll down to Active users:
