I’m trying to purchase the license for a 4 people team. The board had 10 people before, but people who are actually using it is 4. So I removed other team members and down to 4. However, the pop-up pages still says I have 10 members so I can’t purchase it for 4 people. Is this a glitch?

@Seulkee Lee - You said the "board" had ten people and you removed them. It sounds like the team you are trying to upgrade has ten active members.

To check this, click on the team settings gear icon and scroll down to Active users:

 

If that doesn't work, have you tried signing out and back in to your account?
