Subscription cancellation issue

Hi Miro support team,

I have been struggling with subscription cancellation for a while now after the trial period ended. The issue is that subscription will not be canceled until the invoice is paid which is unacceptable and is something I have never experienced before with any subscription system. 

I need immediate support to stop the subscription and remove my payment method.
