subscription cancellation

Dear Miro Support Team,

I am writing to request immediate cancellation of my subscription.

I subscribed to the paid plan several years ago, but last months I haven't used it and forgot to cancel 4 days ago I attempted to cancel the subscription now as I don't need the subscription. However, your system has continued to attempt charging my card and blocking me from cancelling, even though I no longer wish to use the paid plan.

Moreover, I cannot remove my card details from my account, which puts me at risk of unwanted charges.

Please cancel my subscription immediately, stop any further payment attempts, and remove my payment method from your system.

I appreciate your prompt help with this situation.

I have same problem, I forgot cancel subscription, Please cancel my subscription immediately, stop any further payment attempts, and remove my payment method from your system.
