Sticky services are temporarily not available

Hello, last week had a brainstorming session; I could import the stickies with the image-to-text feature; I wanted to finish the job, but since 4-5 days I keep getting the warning that sticky services are temporarily not available…. any info on when will they be available again? need to decide if I want to do the job manually (many stickers...) or wait for the automated one… thanks
