Question

Sticky Capture not working "Internal Server Error"

Hi team,

My colleagues and I are trying to use Sticky Capture however each time we upload an image - it loads and then we get an “Internal Server Error” message. We’ve tried across different users, boards, team spaces, browsers and with different files/formats with no luck.

We couldn’t find how to create a bug report.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Callum

@Callum Healey You can open a Miro support ticket by following these steps:

@Robert Johnson I followed that article. That’s why I posted here. Me and my team are on education plans.

@Callum Healey Thanks for confirming your subscription type.

Being a brand new day, are you still receiving an error? I just tested the Stickies capture app and it worked as expected for me.

@Callum Healey Thanks for confirming, and for reporting the issue. I have converted your post into a support ticket. When you receive the confirmation, I would suggest that you reply to that email right away and provide as much detail as possible, e.g.,:

  • Device you are using, e.g., laptop? OS?
  • How you are accessing Miro, e.g., browser (which one), tablet, etc.
