Sing in with password Unavailable

Dear Miro Team and Community,

I am reaching out to request urgent assistance with recovering my account and transferring my data. For the past 3 days, I have been unable to log into Miro using my username and password. I have noticed on the community forum that other users are experiencing similar login disruptions.

Could you please confirm if this is a known technical glitch, and whether there will be a possibility for me to log back in using just my password once the system is stable?

This is extremely critical for me because my account holds a unique 2-year creative archive of my work as a jewelry artist. It contains precious photo documentation of my handmade pieces and notes about my collection. This archive represents years of my artistic journey and is of immense value to me; losing it would be a devastating loss.

The core complication is that I have permanently lost access to my registered work email address (mshchetinskaya@hse.ru), meaning I cannot receive any password reset or magic links.

I have original photos from my private boards and can easily prove my ownership to the support team. Since I cannot access my old email, I beg the support team to help me transfer my boards to my new personal Google account, from which I am posting this. You can delete the old account afterwards. Please help save my art and memories.

Same issue here. Apparently (according to google ai), this is not a glitch, but a policy they introduced without warning users.
