Ok - I’ve hunted in the forums and learning center for quite a while before asking here.
II work with someone from a different org who has a paid Miro account. I currently have a free account but am happy to take it a paid account.
Question: How can we get a copy of board created / used on the other person’s account to my account?
I find that the Miro documentation gets rather convoluted with accounts, teams, guests, visitors, etc. and, unless I am just missing it, am struggling to get a clean clear answer with a Miro dictionary.
I’ve searched the forum and help center but can’t afford 3 hours to get an answer, so I am posting here.
Appreciate any help, and will send you all my best and most thankful wishes.
Thanx.

@JBroo Since you're on a free plan and you can't export the board as a .rtb file, the process would be:
1. You set the board sharing to "Anyone with the link can view".
2. Send the link for the board, even from your browser address bar or in the share settings at the bottom. There's a "Copy board link" button. Send that to somebody.
3. They open the board and through the board main menu they duplicate it.
The steps for duplicating a board can be found in this help centre article:
Another note in sharing boards between free plan users: Even if you had a paid plan, it could export the board as a .rtb file. If the person you're sending it to only has a free plan, they can't import that file.
